Reservation guidelines and payment terms

Please review our booking policies carefully before making your reservation. These policies help ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

Current Reservation Process

  • Downpayment Required: A 30% non-refundable downpayment is required to confirm your booking
  • Payment Methods: Cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), or credit/debit card
  • Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required downpayment
  • Balance Due: Remaining 70% must be settled upon check-in

1. Reservation Requirements

  • Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Guest Information: All guests must be registered at check-in with valid government-issued identification
  • Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy per room/unit as specified in room descriptions must not be exceeded

2. Payment Terms

  • Reservation Downpayment: A 30% non-refundable downpayment is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be settled upon check-in before room keys are provided
  • Accepted Methods: Cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), or credit/debit card
  • Currency: All payments in Philippine Peso (PHP)
  • Downpayment Forfeiture: Failure to pay the downpayment within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation
  • Proof of Payment: Guests must send proof of downpayment via email or messaging to confirm booking

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ Days Before Check-in: Downpayment may be transferred to a new date (within 60 days), subject to availability. No refund.
  • 15-29 Days Before Check-in: 50% of the downpayment is forfeited. Remaining 50% of the downpayment may be applied to a future booking within 30 days.
  • 7-14 Days Before Check-in: Full downpayment is forfeited. No rescheduling or credit.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in: Full downpayment is forfeited and the remaining balance may still be charged.
  • No-Show: Full forfeiture of the downpayment. No refund or rebooking credit will be issued.
  • Force Majeure: Cancellations due to natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, or declared emergencies may be eligible for full rebooking credit at management's discretion.

4. Modifications and Changes

  • Date Changes (7+ Days Before Check-in): One free date change allowed, subject to availability. Rate differences may apply for new dates.
  • Date Changes (Less Than 7 Days): Modifications are treated as a cancellation and rebooking. The cancellation policy and forfeiture schedule applies.
  • Room Upgrades: Available based on availability; guest pays the difference in rate. No refund for unused original booking value.
  • Guest Count Changes: Must be reported at least 48 hours in advance. Additional guests are subject to extra per-head charges.
  • Downgrades: Switching to a lower-priced accommodation does not entitle the guest to a refund of the rate difference. The original downpayment amount stands.
  • Multiple Changes: Only one modification is permitted per booking. Any subsequent changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

5. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside Food Welcome: Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages
  • No Corkage Fee: No additional charges for bringing your own food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages
  • Free Kitchen Utensils: Complimentary use of cooking utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchenware available
  • Kitchen Facilities: Shared kitchen spaces available for guest use with refrigeration and cooking facilities
  • Clean-Up Policy: Please clean up after use to keep facilities available for all guests

6. Special Circumstances

  • Weather Policy: No refunds for mild weather conditions; severe weather advisories allow full refund
  • Health Requirements: Guests showing symptoms of contagious illness may be refused service for safety of all guests
  • Property Damage: Guests responsible for any damage to resort property; charges will be assessed separately
  • Noise Policy: Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM; violations may result in immediate eviction
  • Pet Policy: Pets welcome with advance notice; must be kept on leash in common areas

7. Group Bookings

  • Group Definition: 5+ rooms or 10+ guests
  • Group Rates: Special pricing available for groups of 10+ guests with 30-day advance booking
  • Group Payment: 30% non-refundable downpayment required; balance due at check-in
  • Group Cancellations: Same forfeiture schedule as individual bookings applies; contact directly for coordination
  • Event Space: Common areas available for group events with advance arrangement

8. Recreational Facilities and Safety

Swimming Pool Policy

  • Hours of Operation: 6 AM - 10 PM daily
  • Adult Supervision Required: Children under 16 must be supervised by adult at all times
  • No Lifeguard on Duty: Swimming at your own risk; resort not responsible for accidents or injuries
  • Pool Rules: No running, diving in shallow areas, glass containers, or food in pool area
  • Safety Equipment: Life rings available; guests responsible for own safety
  • Pool Closure: Resort reserves right to close pool for maintenance, weather, or safety concerns

Kayak Usage Policy

  • Equipment Rental: Available during daylight hours with signed waiver required
  • Age Restrictions: Minimum age 12; under 18 requires parent/guardian signature
  • Safety Requirements: Life jackets mandatory (provided); guests must demonstrate basic swimming ability
  • Weather Conditions: Kayak rental suspended during adverse weather, high winds, or unsafe water conditions
  • Equipment Responsibility: Guests liable for lost, damaged, or stolen equipment at replacement cost
  • Time Limits: Maximum 4-hour rental periods; late returns subject to additional fees

General Recreational Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: All recreational activities undertaken at guest's own risk
  • Liability Waiver: Required for all recreational facility usage
  • Insurance Recommendation: Guests advised to verify personal insurance coverage for recreational activities
  • Emergency Procedures: Emergency contact information posted at all recreational areas
  • Facility Condition: Report any unsafe conditions to management immediately

9. General Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in: 2 PM standard; early check-in available subject to room availability and administrative approval
  • Check-out: 12 PM (noon) standard; late check-out subject to availability and additional fee
  • Early Check-in Policy: Available only when no previous guest occupied the room and minimum 1-hour cleaning period has been completed; subject to administrative approval at no additional charge
  • Resort Rules: All guests must comply with posted resort rules and staff instructions
  • Right to Refuse: Resort reserves right to refuse service or terminate stay for policy violations
  • Privacy: Resort respects guest privacy within legal requirements and safety considerations
  • Photography: Resort may use common area photography for promotional purposes; notify management if you prefer exclusion
